Westmontage Kabel und Netzwerk GmbH
The history of Westmontage goes back more than 40 years. Established in 1957 as a telecom construction company,
it carries out installation services for Deutsche Telekom and alternative network operators.
In 1965 its activities expanded to include electrical engineering, i.e. the installation of medium- and low-voltage
installations and control and lightning systems. Westmontage has been active in mobile communications since 2000, and now
has more than 180 qualified service employees. Since 2001 the Baran Group Ltd. [www.baran.co.il],
has had a majority share in Westmontage.
This globally active engineering and construction enterprise has more than 1500 employees.
It operates in the telecommunications sector, implements infrastructure projects and acts as a consultant to customers in the
industrial and semiconductor sectors. Incorporated into the activities of the Baran Group, Westmontage acts as the European
headquarters for telecommunications.
